Each round of ammunition goes through 8 stages of inspection:
• one monitoring camera and one probe to ensure the
proper presentation and depth of the primer;
• two laser powder check stations to ensure the charge
weight is within +-0.025gr;
• one laser OAL check;
• 360 degree laser inspection of all exterior dimensions;
• Two cameras check projectile, primer and headstamps;
• Manually loaded into custom made min spec case gauge;
• Visually inspect defects in the ammunition's appearance,
as well as the presentation of the primer.
