We are happy to price match our competitors! When finding an identical item that is in stock from another authorized Canadian dealer, simply show us the price and we will match it. The competitor's price must be in effect at the time of the Price Match request, and it must be the identical brand, model and general condition. The Price Match cannot be combined with any other offer, rebate, or coupon. The competitor must have the item currently in stock, and if shipping fees are not included in their price, then we would have add our shipping fee in order to make that price fair. If you have already made the purchase from us (now or within 5 days of purchase date), we can make up the difference with a Solely Outdoors gift card for that amount.
We do not price match the following items:
- Special Orders
- Items advertised with limited or minimum quantities available
- All "Black Friday" and "Cyber Monday" sales (typically November and December) and Boxing Day & Week (typically late December to early January)
- Coupons, special educational prices, free or bonus offers, liquidations, transactions involving special discounts, gift with purchase, bundling of items, going out of business prices, multi-buys, clearance offers, after-rebate or mail-in offers
- Internet pricing, offers valid only online or auction website prices
- Advertising errors or misprinted prices of other retailers
- Retailers that require paid membership or loyalty programs
Price matching may typically only be used once per product for the purchase, and we reserve the right to limit the quantities sold. Amazon purchases do not apply due to their website fees, and price matching do not include applicable taxes.
