DKC IS A NATO CERTIFIED FACILTY

A NATO Certified Facility is a manufacturing facility that has undergone a rigorous certification process and has been approved by the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO). This certification ensures that the facility meets specific standards and requirements set by NATO for the production of military equipment, including ammunition.

To become NATO certified, a facility must demonstrate compliance with stringent quality control measures, manufacturing processes, and security protocols. The certification process typically involves thorough inspections, audits, and assessments conducted by qualified personnel.

By obtaining NATO certification, a facility signifies its ability to meet the high standards and specifications set forth by NATO member countries. This certification ensures that the products manufactured in the facility, such as ammunition, meet the quality and performance requirements demanded by military organizations.

NATO certification provides several benefits. It demonstrates that the facility has the capability to produce ammunition that adheres to strict military standards, including reliability, accuracy, and consistency. It also signifies that the facility has implemented robust quality control measures and operates under strict security protocols to safeguard the production process and prevent unauthorized access to sensitive information.

For customers, choosing ammunition produced in a NATO Certified Facility provides an added level of assurance regarding its quality and performance. It implies that the ammunition has undergone thorough inspections and has met the stringent criteria set by NATO, a recognized international organization with extensive experience in military matters.

In summary, a NATO Certified Facility is a manufacturing facility that has met the stringent requirements and quality control standards set by NATO for the production of military equipment, including ammunition. This certification ensures that the facility operates at the highest level of quality and security, producing ammunition that meets the demanding specifications of military organizations.

124 Gr FMJ 9mm Bullet

The 9mm 124 Gr FMJ bullet (Full Metal Jacketed Bullet ) is a specific type of ammunition designed for use in firearms chambered for the 9mm Luger or 9x19mm Parabellum cartridge. Here’s what the components of the term refer to:

9mm: This refers to the caliber of the bullet. The 9mm cartridge has a bullet diameter of approximately 9mm or 0.355 inches. It is a widely used handgun caliber known for its manageable recoil and versatility.

124 Gr: “Gr” stands for grains, which is a unit of measurement used to quantify the weight of bullets. In this case, the bullet weighs 124 grains. The weight of the bullet can affect factors such as recoil, velocity, and terminal ballistics.

FMJ: FMJ stands for Full Metal Jacket. It is a bullet design where the lead core of the bullet is enclosed in a metallic jacket, typically made of copper material. The jacket covers the entire bullet, except for the base. This design helps to improve bullet integrity, reduce barrel fouling, and promote reliable feeding and extraction in semi-automatic firearms.

In summary, the 9mm 124 Gr FMJ bullet is a type of ammunition designed for use in firearms chambered for 9mm Luger. It features a bullet weighing 124 grains and utilizes a full metal jacket design. This type of ammunition is commonly used for training, target shooting, and general-purpose applications due to its reliability, accuracy, and feedability in a wide range of firearms.

They are well made projectiles. I am not well versed in typical tolerances for this type of bullet, but there were some significant weight variations between 122.5gn to 124.5 gn and a tad few outliers outside those ranges. I split my batch in 2 to try and get more precise loads so it has less effect on my PF for IPSC. I have yet to check variations in dimensions.
