Main features of the CZ 600

As part of a radical generational upgrade of its centerfire rifle product line, CZ is proud to introduce the new CZ 600 series. Its unique, highly modular design comes with a number of patented features that improve all key characteristics -from reliability and durability to ergonomicsand shooting comfort to safety and accuracy. The use of state-of-the-art manufacturing materials and technologies also contribute significantly to its improved design and operation.

The CZ 600 series comes with a new, patented receiver that guarantees 100% controlled feeding of cartridges in all positions, and even in the most demanding situations. An additional advantage is its patented, ergonomic safety, which is vertically positioned and allows for completely silent operation. Its reliable, lockable magazine can function as a normal removable magazine or fixed magazine. A hard, durable finish on metal parts resists corrosion and takedown is trouble-free, without the need to manipulate the trigger.

The CZ 600 ALPHA, LUX and ERGO models are guaranteed toshoot sub-MOA at 100 m (three shot groups), with the RANGE model guaranteed to shoot sub-0.75 MOA (five shot groups). The compact CZ 600 TRAIL model is guaranteed to shoot 2 MOA. All models utilize match-grade factory ammunition during testing. Their accuracy is due to the use premium barrels, which are cold hammer forged using CZ technology. Barrel lengths are optimized for each caliber and feature heavy, semi-heavy or light profiling, based on the purpose of each specific model –hunting, sport shooting or hobby shooting. The CZ 600 series features a new, patented trigger mechanism. A single-stage trigger comes as standard and allows the user to set four levels of trigger pull weight, from 6 –13 N; The CZ 600 TRAIL model comes with a double-stage triggerwith four levels of pull weight, from 9 –15.5 N.

Due to its modular design, users can easily switch to a different caliber from the range for a given receiver size, or switch to a different barrel profile (limited by the stock design). When reassemblingthe barrel, accuracy is guaranteed after the first cold shot.

Main features of the CZ 600 ALPHA series

The fiber-reinforced polymer stock of the CZ 600 ALPHA features a symmetrical design with soft touch plastic inserts on the pistol grip, forend and toe. Nine of the most popular calibers are available in the CZ 600 ALPHA model, from 223 Rem. to the powerful 300 Win Mag. Its interchangeable, semi-heavy barrel comes with a threaded muzzle and thread protector. Barrel lengths are optimized for each specific caliber. Optics are easily mounted on the integrated Picatinny rail on the durable aluminum receiver. The CZ 600 ALPHA is factory tested and guaranteed sub-MOA at 100 meters (three-shot groups with match-grade factory ammunition). Easy maintenance makes this model particularly well suited for those who use their rifle on a daily basis and deeply value durability and reliability, regardless of inclement weather.

Polymer stock with interchangeable grips

The high strength and temperature stable polymer stock resists all weather conditions and is virtually maintenance-free. To ensure comfortable and reliable handling, even with dirty hands, it is equipped with grips that can be easily changed out according to the preference of each user.

Durable receiver with standardized interface

The durable, aluminum alloy receiver is equipped with a Weaver mounting rail for secure mounting of optics. CZ 600 series receivers have a guaranteed service life of 20,000 rounds for all calibers.

Semi-heavy cold hammer forged barrel

The length of the semi-heavy barrel, which is cold hammer forged using CZ technology for increased accuracy and service life, is optimized for each specific caliber.

Easy change of calibers

The original design of the CZ 600 centerfire rifle series allows for easy disassembly of the barrel, as well as the simple conversion to a different caliber that‘s compatible with the given receiver.

M15x1 Threading

A standardized M15x1 threaded muzzle allows for the convenient mounting of accessories (suppressor, compensator, etc.)

Single-stage trigger with 4 levels of pull

Pull weight of the patented trigger mechanism allows you to quickly, easily and accurately set trigger pull weight from 6 – 13 N, according to your specific needs.

Sub-MOA at 100 m for three shot groups

The CZ 600 ALPHA model is guaranteed to shoot sub-MOA at 100 m (three shot groups using match-grade factory ammunition). Each unit is tested for accuracy during the production process.

60* bolt handle rotation

The bolt handle’s short rotation angle allows for fast and comfortable operation without the risk of hitting a mounted scope.

Controlled feeding

Original safety design

The patented safety is vertically positioned on the top of the grip for easy access and reliable use. It is released with a quick press down and allows for completely silent operation.

It’s up to you how to use it. It can function like a normal magazine or you can lock it and use as a fixed magazine.

Safe disassembly

A spring-loaded button on the right side of the receiver allows for easy removal of the bolt without manipulating the trigger. 

Extremely durable finish

The surface of metal components in the CZ 600 series comes with CZ’s new BobOx chemical heat treatment, which gives it a hard, durable finish that resists corrosion.
