The system features two-level III hard plates (front & back) made of kevlar-covered ceramics with an anti-spalling layer along with a set of level II soft kevlar armor plates that wraps around the body to reduce the effect of back-face-deformation and potential shrapnel damage. The carrier itself features MOLLEE webbing to mount different accessories and include a quick-release lever.
